Shepherd holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Texas at Austin where he has also served in various faculty positions for over twenty years. He has taught in the Department of Finance (Entrepreneurial Finance) in the Management Development Program, and at the prestigious ICC Institute. He had founded several small businesses and, as a proponent of combining business and life goals, has written several books including the critically acclaimed novel, Resurrecting Randi. Mr. Shepherd has also built the Business of Design Conference held each September in Las Vegas.
